Feedplanner is made available through our website and through applications available for mobile devices (collectively, the ‘Platform’). We are providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that we receive when you use our services.

Our Information Collection and Use: Personally Identifiable Information

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of the Services, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services. When you interact with our services, we collect the information that you choose to share with us e.g. your email. When you engage in certain actions on the Platform, including but not limited to, contacting Feedplanner or opting in to receive emails from Feedplanner we’ll collect certain information that can be used to identify you, such as your name and email address (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”). When you choose to use a social networking service (SNS) via our services, this will allow us to obtain information from those accounts. If you choose to connect your use of the Services with one of your SNS Accounts, you may have to provide us with your username so that your identity can be authenticated by the SNS Account. When the authentication is complete, we’ll be able to link your use of the Services with the SNS Account and share your User Content with such SNS Account according to the selections you make via the Services. The information obtained will depend upon your settings or their privacy policy. Location: If you enable your mobile device to send it to us, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses. We use this personal information to provide you with a better experience, improve the Platform and analyze and better understand Platform usage.

Device Information

Device Information. We collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model, operating system version, advertising identifier, unique application identifiers, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, wireless network, and mobile network information (including the mobile phone number).

Log Data

Our servers automatically record certain information about how a person uses our Services (we refer to this information as “Log Data”). Log Data may include information such as a user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, the web page that a user was visiting before accessing our Services, the pages or features of our Services to which a user browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, search terms, the links on our Services that a user clicked on and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) use of the Platform for technical administration and tailoring the Platform to our users' needs.

Our Policy Toward Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected PII of a child under the age of 13 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible. If you are under 13 years of age, then do not use or access the platform at any time.


We collect certain information through the use of “cookies,” which are small text files that are saved by your browser when you access our Services. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to identify that you’ve logged in to the Services and to tell us how and when you interact with our Services. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will not share any PII that we have collected from you except as described below: Location Data. If you enable your devise to send us location data, such location data (city, state and country, if applicable) may be made available via the Services or via third party services. Services Providers. We may engage third party service providers to work with us to administer and provide the Services. These third-party services providers have access to your PII only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf and are expressly obligated not to disclose or use your PII for any other purpose. Third Parties. We may share aggregated information and non-identifying information with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other similar purposes. SNSs - As a user who accesses the Platform you can interact with and use SNSs. If you elect to use an SNS via the Platform you understand and agree that we will access and store your SNS account information so that it is available to you through your use of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any of your unique passwords and account information at all times.

Business Transfers

Information that we collect from our users, including PII, is considered to be a business asset. As a result, if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy or if we are acquired as a result of a transaction such as a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your PII may be disclosed or transferred to the third-party acquirer in connection with the transaction.

Modifying Your Information
